Commodore Gaming is a new joint venture between Commodore International Corp. (OTC:CDRL) and The Content Factory (TCF), based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Commodore Gaming is building on the strength and heritage of the Commodore brand to become a major worldwide player in the mobile games and entertainment market.

Commodore Gaming has developed an innovative retail download platform, the Gaming Tower, which allows the downloading of digital entertainment and applications directly on to mobile phones via Bluetooth. The tower will be trialed in the Netherlands with a major game and toy retailer and a full commercial launch is planned later in 2006.  The launch of the Commodore Gaming website will compliment and support the roll out of the Gaming Towers creating a fully integrated online and retail service.
